If  one of your products you ordered from axcom does not work properly, please contact our technical support. Here you will be advised concerning technical questions and concerning an eventually necessary return of the product.

FAST AND CONVENIENT DELIVERY

We supply available products in Germany within 24 hours when we get the order from Monday to Thursday before 14.00 o‘clock.

For European and worldwide deliveries, we will gladly specify individual delivery periods.

Delivery costs for national deliveries (within Germany) for orders less than 250,- Euro and below a weight of 30 kg: 6,50 Euro

Delivery costs for national deliveries (within Germany) for orders more than 250,- Euro and below a weight of 30 kg: free of charge

For larger orders above a weight of 30 kg or international delivery we kindly ask you to contact us so that we can make you an offer.
